Yes, apples and grapes. 1 serving a day. There is so much anti-candida, nb, paleo etc. diet info out there its crazy. I know I feed my candida a bit by adding back carbs/fruit but I also think its important to take a load off our liver and digestive system and to try to keep our weight up. This is the trade-off I see of eating fruits & healthy carbs
Downside: Feed candida and can contribute to hypoglycemia
Upside: Support liver, good digestion, and a healthy weight.
