I'm not trying to change the program and say fruit is ok BUT...
I still eat some fruit. Try to avoid fruits really high in Sugar like bananas - which also seem to spike potassium and drop sodium levels. I eat mainly berries (blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries). I still drink one glass of orange juice per day. However, I did on occasion have cantaloupe which is really high in sugar). Try to stick with organic and don't overdue it. I've found that the berries and orange juice do not really bother my candida (unless I have too much).
I'm sure your NB practitioner would tell you otherwise though.
