Re: What is the highest dose of iodine?

Today I actually counted my two dropperfulls of Lugols (100ml bottles). I thought I was around 100 mg.. ewh well it is actually 22-24 drops per dropperfull in my case. Almost daily. That is approx 300 mg of iodide. I paint some on my skin as well, ocationally, for the iodine.
