3+ drops nascent iodine, then headaches.

Each iodine/iodide/mix behaves differently in the body.

Haven't had the pleasure of Lugol's.

If a drop of water contains about 2 sextillion atoms and 4 sextillion hydrogen atoms, where

1 sextillion = 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 or 1^21

how many atoms of iodine/iodide are in solution per drop of:

1) SSKI (iodide)

2) nascent (iodine)

3) Lugol's 5% (mix/ratio)?


Thyroxine, or T4, contains a mere 4 Iodide atoms and 27 others of Carbon, Hydrogen, Oxygen, and Nitrogen. The Iodide portion is 65% of its molecular weight however. The perspective of what we consume is mind-boggling. Tweet
