Re: varicose vein help -- please

thirsty? no, but I eat non-stop (if at home). I call it grazing. Only good thing is it is all raw. some day I will learn to eat when hungry not when bored or out of habit. Maybe I'll consider it thirst and go for the water instead of the food; if I can!

I really hope you find the solution before your veins attack you. I wish I'd tried years ago. My twin is just now getting the varicose veins. I've had them for as long as I can remember. My kids use to say my legs looked like road maps. FUN!

I too am trying to avoid the problems my mother is suffering now in her later years. That is what made me get serious and look at my health and where it was (or was not) going.

Good luck to you.
