varicose vein help -- please

Hi! I have a history of varicose vein trouble, thanks to heritage and child birth (4 times). With 3 pregnancies I suffered with phlebitis in my left leg and had that leg stripped 5 years ago. In the past year, that same leg has produced another nasty bluging vein. This weekend while taking high school kids on a retreat, which included lots of walking and standing, that same leg found another sore spot, which still hurts this morning. I am trying to keep off it, but would love to know some remedy as to how to heal my veins to prevent futher problems.

I have done numerous gallbladder/liver flushes and probably produced in excess of 1500 stones. I've done a parasite cleanse -- did not see anything I would classify as a parasite. I have been on a raw and living diet for over 17 months at about 95% raw, and do not have any problems with constipation. I do have a mouth full of fillings and one root canal, with no forseeable means to eliminate them, and yes, I do realize this may be the root of some of my problems, but it takes $$$ to remove which isn't abvailable at this time in my life. Oh, one last thing, in the past 4 months, I have been battling candida, to which I attempted a no-sweet fruit or veggie diet, only to become extremely tired and wake up 4-5 times at night with leg cramps (left leg -- I just realized this -- h-m-m-m-m.) So I added fruits back to my diet. Candida is not that severe, but annoying at any rate. And when I eat too many oranges, my collor bone starts to hurt, so am afraid to do an OJ fast.

One more thing -- a while back I was told to try apple cider vinegar. I did. My right hip joint started hurting. ????? Needless to say, I stopped.

So, with that history of my 50 years of life, any ideas how to solve my delimia? I really do appreciate any input. Thanks!!
