- yes, sounds right. In general I am a "cravetarian" and let my body tell me what it wants for dinner etc. :-) I find it interesting to observe the changes.
I just noticed an increased need for sweets, like a sudden need for bag of jelly-bears !!
- right now it is more craving for proteins than before; meat, fish, etc. I went against my cravings and had a tiny bit of dark chocholate yesterday, with an instant nausea as soon as I put it in my mouth. Body language.
