Would it take several years to show up if my my mom passed HPV on to me? It is possible I touched something with HPV on it, then touched my face. Some lip photos on this site do look kind of warty with the crusts. But I do not get that kind of crust buildup. What I am thinking is some could have HPV while others could have another virus strain. I think Lilo wrote that she had a couple different strains of viruses. Inflammation from celiac disease could also be causing my lips to peel. I realize you can just have gluten sensitivity, but I actually have celiac disease. So, my change in diet might really help me.
