I didn't use toothpaste or anything in the shower except water for a few months, maybe even longer. The only thing I use now is organic shower gel, and this completely natural toothpaste I got from whole foods about once a week.
So unless my contact dermatitis is actually in the water I am using, then I have ruled everything out...The only left to rule out would be my laundry detergent, which I have decided to do when I run out of the one I'm using at the moment and buy organic or natural whatever it is at whole foods...but my clothes don't even touch my lips...so I'm kind of doubtful on that.
And vaseline made it worse for me when I was using it.
This method was truly my last resort option as I tried everything in the world I can think of...the virus/wart treatment I had never thought of nor tested for...so it's down to two different possibilities again until we come up with something else...
