Pulmonary problems

For the last 7 months I have been infected with Bronchitis at least 3 times, the last one today. I need to go to the doctor this morning to be treat, but I wonder if the Castor Oil pack will help, and if so, where do I place it.
I also have problems with Sinus, and have been diagnosed with being allergic to dust mites, among other things. I will start the shots for allergies next week. Any advise?
I'm 76 years.
