For the last 7 months I have been infected with Bronchitis at least 3 times, the last one today. I need to go to the doctor this morning to be treat, but I wonder if the Castor Oil pack will help, and if so, where do I place it.
I also have problems with Sinus, and have been diagnosed with being allergic to dust mites, among other things. I will start the shots for allergies next week. Any advise?
I'm 76 years.

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,983,339Dr William A. McGarey's book, The Oil That Heals, is an excellent reference for using castor oil packs. He says that "The concept that elimination internally and regeneration of the tissue are primary effects when castor oil is applied to the body...Too little attention is given in the importance of eliminations in the medical world today."
