That's great, its doing exactly what it should be! :) I hope that continues for you. And yeah I applied the vaseline to all of the raw areas for protection and relief from it being hit with air and food and such but I did it when the cream wasn't on, as in after my 3rd day. But since yours is so raw and you're still applying the cream, vaseline during the day and then cream at night sounds perfect, that way it will eliminate any worry as to if the vaseline would mess with the cream.
