i find a lot in his video to love and hate. and i used to love a good sales pitch when i was in advertising. now i want only the truth but the truth is expensive. it takes time and effort to consume and arrange properly in ones thinking. most folks would rather let someone else do it for them and thats impossible.

i will say he got one thing right - Iodine is as important as oxygen. and he does seem to have a pretty good program overall. low dosing is a trap and a self fulfilling prophecy. but jumping into it blind is also not good. after 5 years on this forum we still fight the same battles. the main one - everybody is afraid of Iodine and fear is always a killer.
