Thank you for your post....have suffered from congestion for so long and didn't realize it was actually a candida infection. In fact, cycle after cycle to treat a chronic sinus infection helped push my system over the candida ledge 9 years ago.

Started using a Colloidal Silver nose spray yesterday and already seeing some results. Less congestion overall but, more importantly, yellow strings are flushing out whereas prior they were more white and roundish. Figure these are signs of progress. Diet was never going to overcome a candida factory dumping fresh supplies of this organism into my gut 24/7. Thanks again, I would never have thought of it without your post.
