Re: What on earth did Pin-x do to me? Help!

Pinworms are highly contagious as ascarsis and a few others ...
It is a living nightmare dealing with these.
Keep nails short
scrub underneath the nails after each restroom trip and before handling foods.

Bedding must be washed in hot water and underwear
bag clothes and sheets until they can be washed.

Gently fold bedding and clothes , do not shake them the eggs easily float and become airborne..they are very light.
They can be picked up anywhere..even walking down the street, kid you not.

Keep drapes and blinds open for sun exposure

Use seat covers or clean toilet immediately after use.

They can take over the body as many others do..don't care what the literature says or some doctors say..no big deal.
It is a very big deal indeed but typically there are more than pinworms lurking and a possible co-infection is present. This makes it even harder to rid the pinworms.
They could also be a resistant strain too today and harder to rid of by even megadoses of vermox/mebendazole, DE, pin x ...etc.
Never use your fingers, hands to rub your eyes, use a cloth, tissue instead, or even your shirt is safer.

Anal itching can be several things, pinworms, Tapeworms and even toxins leaking at the anal area.
