It sounds like you have more than pinowrms.
When one tries to kill the worms off they get mad and even..something is attacking your organs.
It could be pinworms and/or tapeworms. Tapeworms come out too and bite and cause anal itching.

The gas and bloating will not go away until you kill/rid the masses of parasites.
The pin-x is not the problem nor cause you harm..it is parasites.
They are silent until you threaten them.
