Re: Question about Nutritional Balancing for a Beginner
I've been doing nutritional balancing for about 6 months now. I am definitely not 100% better but like Seattle said, I am about 75% better right now than I was at my worse. I have healing reactions/detox periods that drastically reduce that percentage to about 25-50%. Regardless, the healing reactions are getting shorter and shorter and any percentage improvement is better than no improvement.
From everything I've read 8-12 months is typical to rebuild and after that you will need more of a maintenance program (less supplements). I have not been doing the
coffee enemas because they freaked me out however, I've decided to start them this week to aid my healing process.
I did not purchase the sauna because it has been summer here and I've been able to sweat outside however, cooler temperatures are quickly approaching and I will need to purchase or build a sauna very soon.
I purchase some Endomet supplements but I also purchase comparables to save money (i.e. NOW Super Enzymes as opposed to GB3).
As Seattle said... the first few months were absolutely TERRIBLE! The anxiety almost killed me. I have mild anxiety now but when I first started I thought I would have to check myself into a mental institution because I had become so paranoid/psychotic. I say that jokingly but its true. Looking back... I should have decrease my supplements a bit more but I was ready to get well and I just wanted to push through.
GOOD LUCK!
