You might want to try Inositol. It worked like a charm for me and stops a panic attack cold. Google it. 4,000mg is what seems to always do the trick, but everyone is different and so experimentation is a must. Maybe start with 500 m,g and see if it does anything. Side effects are headache and slight drowsiness, all of which is gone the next day. From my experience these side effects only happen because you've taken too much. Lower it and you won't have them.

I also cured my social phobia with vitamin B6 (400-500 mg a day.) Zinc and selenium also helped clear heavy metals, fungus from my brain and sinuses.


This has been my experience.
