School anxiety/bullying - what supplements?
My 13yo is experiencing a lot of anxiety from school. He feels threatened by all the cursing, negative comments, etc.
Some of his issues stem from symptoms of aspergers. I don't think he knows how to ignore the bad. We try to get him to focus on the good students, but he just can't seem to.

Gaba two times aday
500 mg L-Tyrosine three times a day
1000 mg L-phenylalanine in the morning and again in afternoon if needed. Take this supplement with juice on an empty stomach.
Do you think these are safe for a 100lb, 13yo? He has taken tyrosine before with not problems. I should mention he is currently on Concerta for attention.
