It does help, thanks for posting your story, PLZ.

It seems to me that as your body gets stronger from cleansing, flushing, and herbs, it becomes more able to eliminate poisons.

Healing crises are Elimination and our bodies eliminate in the least harmful way they can.

The foot infection must have been scary. I'm wondering how you prevented it from spreading.
