Mainstream medicine has no answer, but nature does

Mainstream medicine has no clue when it comes to either melanoma or cancer which has spread to multiple sites - though they are happy to treat a patient with as much chemo and/or radiation as they can until the money or the patient's life runs out.

Nature, on the other hand, has cured melanoma and cancer which has spread beyond the original site many times.  Take oleander for example:
