How about if you keep the Iodine dosage low say 100 mgs a day then take some IP6 a few hours later? Also having the Iodine magnetized.

Or no safe dosage of Iodine if you have heavy metals and not chelating? It's not better to have some iodine in a iodine deficient body if it's only going to move mercury and other metals to other places? Everyone supplementing iodine since the Iodine Forum started have only been recirculating other metals if they weren't chelating also? Or am I just asking stupid questions I should already be smart enough to know the answer too? Seems many have gotten better like Trapper, Wombat, Ginagirl, and others.
