We have had really good luck getting the mercury out buy using algae and cilantro in our food as well as taking liquid zeolite.

The zeolite can be uncomfortable though. My daughter always gets a fever when she uses it. I feel like everything has been "stirred up" when I take it and that makes me cranky.
