Re: Post-Fast Nutrition
Interesting T2.
Indeed some of the issues discussed in the cellfood link may be questionable but I suppose there is little to dispute with the testimony of its users and the origins and formulation from its inventor Everett L Storey who Einstein described as a genius.
If receiving enough oxygen at the cellular level was as simple as Buteyko, then there would be no need for ozone therapy or taking
H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) or food grade Hydrogen Peroxide, and the methods of receiving enough oxygen to defeat cancer with oxygen as proposed by Otto Warburg. I remember only too well the British athlete Lillian Board who died of cancer.
Edible weeds may have nutritional advantages but where would you source these? or even buy them? or even have the time to locate them?
Indeed the increased consumption of processed foods lies at the core of many a health-malady and diseases.
So where do we source our humates and fulvic acids if not from supplements? Cellfood contains all-natural plant sources of nutrition.
Locally grown produce is probably the best source of our nutritional needs but even this can be difficult to obtain and the various produce is subject to seasonal availability, so we have to rely on imports for a wide variety of foodstuffs such as avocados, bananas and so on and their nutritional content is subject to transportation and the quality of the soil they were grown in.
The easy and quick solution is to purchase them if you can afford to.
I would not advocate the taking of just any and all supplements, as many are clearly inferior or substandard, but there are some quality products available that I personally take, that have had remarkable health benefits, and they include: Ascorbate (which our body does not manufacture), Vitamin D3, and a quality mineral product such as Cellfood which I consider to be the very best.
We should bear in mind the quote given us by Linus Pauling the "every disease is borne out of a mineral deficiency" but I would also add the disease-causing effects of toxemia which he omitted to mention.
