Re: Post-Fast Nutrition
chrisb1,
I fully respect your decision to go down the supplement road as it is your life and your responsibility. Your status on this forum will carry a lot of weight with other members many who will no doubt follow your lead.
I went looking for independent research concerning this long-standing product but found none. Mind you, I was only looking for Cellfood and would not necessarily have linked related research using generic terms.
The linked PDF file mentions sea water and fossilized earth and lists umpteen minerals, elements, enzymes, amino acids and electrolytes as ingredients. I cannot imagine where they source their dirt from but I'd be interested in seeing independent confirmation of what's actually in the bottle.
Is it possible that they've discovered the key to life and, in their love for mankind, decided to sell it to us in quantities equal to a monthly supply rather than instructing the world on how to feed themselves properly using this great knowledge? Frankly, I'm not buying it nor am I buying it. My natural suspicion makes me wonder what hidden side-effects this miracle product has in store for its users.
Having said this, I wish you good health and long life with or in spite of Cellfood.
Regards,
NH...
