I have used himalaya salt for 5 years
Saw this article back then (or similar), but luckily went for it anyway. Been a blessing.,
There will always be articles like this; like the anti-iodine articles. Anti silver, anti vit. C etc.
This salt is 150.000 years old, nothing added.
The fluoride in this salt is bound to other minerals, like calcium; there are over 80 minerals and trace elements in it.
It is a different story when fluoride is added to table salt or water.

It is made a point of that Pakistan use it as a road salt..
of course it is. When it is widely available why should they buy ( more expensive) salt from elsewhere?

the use of ""natural"" "himalaya" in every sentence of this article is for me a sign of an issue made for obtaining something, for me it seems as they have no good intentions with it.
