I consider that I got rid of the gunk in my colon but I still find enemas to be helpful in other ways, for example 2X a week I do the coffee enemas just to get that l'glutithione charged up.
What is a "normal" diet? I have actually started the McCombs plan because it looks very healthy and because one really doesn't know if there is systemic build up in the body when it is not at health worrisome levels. Right now I feel very healthy, but if that stuff was in my colon with me having no clue, who knows where else it might be lurking.
