I havent really seen any improvement, but it is still really early. My next appointment is in 2 weeks so I will see what he thinks then. I hope I will see improvement but I never get my hopes up. And if this doesnt work then yes, I think we will rule out Psoriasis, Lichen Planus, and anything else Cyclosporine treats.

As for my next move, I think I just want to leave them alone. And just give it a real go for 5-6 months. Last week when i left them alone for a week, they felt and looked good. better than the first week when I first started leaving them alone. I dont know if it was possibly the Cyclosporine or maybe just because of the progress I was making while leaving them alone.

But I will discuss it with my doctor because Im sure he may have a plan for what he wants to do next. Although Ill probably just leave them alone and if that doesnt work Ill start doing other shit.

Also one of the things that keeps me thinking that leaving them alone could work, is before I first started leaving my lips alone, I could see places on my top lip where is appeared to have layers of skin missing. Like there were these deep grooves that just looked like there was skin missing. And now I dont have those.
