Re: why supplements aren't working.

Ascorbic acid was synthesized but genetically modified back in 1994.

Prior to 1996, I could stop a cold in its tracks by taking 2gm of vitamin c every hour.

Now, I can't do anything to a cold and in fact, if I don't take vitamin c daily, and skip a few weeks and start taking it again, I will start getting a cold or cold sore.

However, this only happens when my D levels are low.

Vitamin C is not what it used to be and is probably doing more than helping free radical damage and is probably changing our DNA.

Vitamin E, some B's, lysine, cystein, citric acid, leucine, etc are all gmo.

As far as, natural forms of vitamin C, they don't have the potency.

Most animals make their own C and maybe humans once did too.

If some chemistry major could give us the recipe to grow are own ascorbic acid, we could cure the world.
