Re: why supplements aren't working.
I must admit I fell of after a couple of minutes, as the vit C theory ("natural" vs ascorbic acid) is something we have been over at the forum, numerous times.
Similar to the food-iodine vs
Lugols etc.
I did the natural form of vit C for a couple of years, believing this was better than the ascorbic acid.
-it wasnt. It was this year I became ill, hypo T, even if I took loads of amla, acerola + 10 units of fresh fruit, berries and veggies every day.
I started to get infections again.(these were rare when I took 3 grams of ascorbic acid prior to this phase.)
I went back on 3-4 grams of ascorbic acid, and ever since I have next to no infections or flu or anything. If I see something coming I load up with vit c and
Iodine and it is gone. Hey I havent had a cough in 3,5 years, nor colds!
When it comes to supplements in general; they work. But not all of them; as the fillers and binders and
additives prevent some uptake. Put some strain on your digestion.
But there are good ones out there too; it took me two-three years to find a good working magnesium supplement.
When seing this video, keep in mind what is happening these days, like this;

Why would this happen if ascorbic acid was useless?
Luckily my google is not sensored (yet) so I prefer reading like this;
