Toxic metals clouding my mind and causing mental and social problems all my life? You can bet! I have toxic hair levels of arsenic and cadmium 3 poor elimination patterns and 3 very poor. LoL even mercury and aluminum which are in a somewhat normal range I know they are indeed elevated inside (vaccines and antiperspirant). So that makes a NICE collection of toxic minerals and metals haha. I am an Asperger after all and you guys know how deeply involved with toxicity and nutritional defficiencies autism its.

But sometimes I wonder how much of my problems came from my way of coping with the world all this years. I mean, I am still depressive or schizoid but at least now I try to grow, forgive and learn and I didnt that in the past, those days I simply embraced my twisted way of feeling.
