Re: Wanted Christians To Stand Up *edit

I will accept what you say about thorns family but I will miss your steadfastness. It is something I have depended on being your friend all these years....even if I haven't always agreed with what you where steadfast about. We don't see much of that at curezone....but people are showing up and I see that there are some out there that are steadfast in the Lord and it gives me great hope that our Lord will shine despite the darkness and gloom.

Anyway, I hope God gives the two of you clear vision of what is next in your lives and that you fulfill His plan with joy.

One regret I have is that our debating caused me to despise calvinism. As you know my church is middle ground in it's belief, so this will cause me great problems within my own denomination and belief system. Please keep me in your prayers that I find my balance once again.

The praise in our music was uniting but we know that the world needs Jesus and not much of the new music really teaches the gospel like it once did. How sad. If we depended on the music alone, we would have to pull out the old hymnals along with the lyrics to let people get a taste of biblical truth.

Anyway, we know God is in control and we will follow Him in what He wants. I will miss you two....but I understand. I would be willing to give up a spot here and move on, if I thought you would take me up on it and stay. Let me know if you change your mind and I will move on. I have been asked to be involved in another ministry but it does not give me the same satisfaction as it does of seeing people come to Christ, which has always been my passion in God's work. Even though it's a "helps" ministry, I have a hard time seeing the overall bigger picture of bringing people to Christ through it. Hopefully in time I will. :)

I would like to send you out with a benediction.

May The Lord bless you and keep you.
May the Lord make his face to shine upon you, and be gracious to you.
May the Lord lift up his countenance upon you, and give you peace.

In Jesus name we pray. Amen
