Re: Mold in the mead

It just looked like some type of white mold looks like a snow flake, on top of the herbs in the water. Perhaps it´s something else, there is no smell to it I think. Is that what you saw musimesipomahat?

The temperature is 25 degrees celcius here now, so perhaps it was the heat then. I had a tincture standing right next to it and there was no problem with that one. I have no place colder to put the next batch except the frigde and then it´s too cold.
