Re: the long road of bromine detox?

Yes I can relate to this. Bromide detox can be very long when you are exposed to high amounts in your past.
I was 10 years on bromide containing asthma-inhalators and my detox is a hell on earth, even with 100 mg iodine per day. I think I will need at least 3 years to get everything out. 

Irritability ? Oh yes one of my main symptoms esspecially in the morning when the bromide levels rise over night..
