SUGGESTIONS on how to make sure FOOD is SAFE


What are you guys doing to make sure your food is free of parasites?

I love eating salads when I go out to eat but having had Giardia and E Histolytica, I'm getting a little paranoid?

How about taking any anti-parasitic supps when eating out?

Are any of you taking Allimax (allicin)?

Also, how do you guys handle produce in the home?

Juicing? Do any of you know if freezing kills pathogens? If so, at what temp and for how long?

Eating Japanese?

Have you seen any research / scientific papers on this topic?
