Yes, I took tons of Allican. I took so much, that I actually became allergic to garlic. I don't see that doctor anymore, cut down on the garlic, but now just eat it normally. I eat a lot of it in my cooking.
I wash my veggies at home in a tub of veggie wash, a few drops of 35% hydro peroxide, and now, I even add some white vineger to the mixture. I did some research on this, they say the veggie washes are better than vineger. I just use everything now. I'm so paranoid!!!!
You have to wash your melons,advocatos/ because anything you cut, the knife can contaminate the insides! It's insane. How to avoid all this.
No more salad bars for me. Don't do it! That stuff is not washed! Eating out, tough. all it would take is a piece of lettace, and you are a done. cooked veggies are safest when you are out to eat.
AVOID LEMONS LIKE THE PLAGUE WHEN YOU ARE OUT. I've watched a show on Dr.
oz and a chef said that the lemons in resstaurants are very dirty, dropping on the floor all the time. I've also seen other numerous programs on how lemons are the dirtiest thing. They are not washed and pick up all the bacteria/e.coli then you have a piece in your drink. Always ask for you lemon on the side!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I used to love sushi! But stopped eating it the last 4 years. Just paranoid about everything. I did take a taste recently.
