Re: Should I do a Liver Flush while on a Juice Fast?

hi,I did a Liver Flush while I was in the middle of a 60 day juice fast.I think I was around day 30 when I did it.
I oxygenated the olive oil .I got sick later in the night.
But I think it was from doing that to the olive oil.
I didnt have a great flush but I eliminated 2 stones about the size of a nickel,and several tiny ones.I've had better flushes.I'll done about 10 in total.
I don't see the harm in doing one during a fast.
Your liver most likely has enough fat stored.
