Absolutely.

I did a Urine fast and also did a Liver Flush and it helped immensely.

Also complete enemas as often as you can, every day, if possible for the 1st week. After that, every other day, or at least twice a week.

I am 36 and I've done a few liver flushes. In my experience, the more the better, especially while you are cleansing.
