Why not at the end of a cleanse then?

Part of the liver cleanse involves a type of 'fast' before-hand, in order to store up the bile, to cause an instant reaction from the gallbladder, forcing the bile out. If it involved such a process IN the liver cleanse, then I would assume that this would be a feasible action at the end of a fast, at the very least.

Not in the middle of fasting/ cleansing I do agree.
