Can you please explain more of why lugols, Colloidal Silver ( or possible including oregano oil, Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , H202 etc) would not kill friendly flora, but would kill the bad guys only???

I am very confused, I know they had great benefits of all sorts, but why not mess up gut flora like anti-biotics??

Suppose someone has food poisoning & take lugols, ( Colloidal Silver ) 8 to 16 drops few times a day; but without supplementing any probiotics/ or cultured food, the gut would have been messed up by lugols?

I myself not keen on probiotics as they are too expensive for me here in UK. I do milk kefir & going to ferment vegs

I need to know about he gut flora when I recommend the Lugols protocol to friends.
