LH, sunflower lecithin might be the better choice, since
soya is often tampered with. (I personally would always want to go with natural whole foods as much as possible,rather than processed supplements.) You might remember I've mentioned sunflower lecithin before, and how good soaked sunflower seeds are. Sunflower sprouts too. You can make a delicious pate with the soaked seeds, (soak til they have a little white 'dolphin nose') blended with some green onions, parsley, garlic, lemon juice and a bit of water--enough to get everything to blend.

Magnesium deficiency is one contributer to low vitamin D levels (or rather, inability of the body to synthesize sun vit d.) Another main problem is congested/poor liver function. Back to the liver, eh?
