No, it is not a right or wrong way IMO. I let it fit in with my scedule, but in general I take supplements right before meals. However, I take herbs after meals, as I dont want them to interfere with the tastebuds.
I never take vit B in the afternoon as it can trigger a hyperness / palpitations /insomnia in me.
I can take Iodine any time, but usually I do the big dosages in the morning.
Vitamin C; 3-4 times a day. This, together with iodine, borax and magnesium is the supplements I can take without food.
I finish my day with salt,water, vit C, borax (not every day)
