Well wanted to chime in i am feeling better and better, since 100mg of iodine,
my question is this, in taking boron , vitmain C and co factor, do they have a good or bad time of taking, would which i usually do take iodoral in morning with vitamin C 1000. (take also total of 300 threw out the day)
B-50 mag /glyc, when is a good time for triboron, thre out the day , all at once and feed back is so appreciated,,,smiles Linda- Re: is there a right way in taking b... trapper/kcmo

i think taking your minerals with your meals is probably best. i take everything all at once in the morning because i am lazy. that and my system is fairly optimized so i dont worry about absorption or any of that.

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,970,010Yes that was me, I have had a downward run the past week, I have a senior next door that i know is low on Potassium as her legs are week and she has been in hospital over the years for this and Medi Care paid out 50 thousand each round, and it was low potassium, once they get them in there wow what a horriable system for Senior, no wonder Medi Care is running broke

Any way I am in the process of taking another Iodine test, so i am off it for 48 hours, I two am Lazy so i take all at once so thanks for all the input. I am really facially hot,
So easy to not take care of myself when someone else is not doing good, and you are trying to help them, this is my journey in learning how to take care of Linda,,,find line for sure, will chime in this week , thanks all again for feed back,,,,smiles Linda

This is a reply to # 1,969,985No, it is not a right or wrong way IMO. I let it fit in with my scedule, but in general I take supplements right before meals. However, I take herbs after meals, as I dont want them to interfere with the tastebuds.
I never take vit B in the afternoon as it can trigger a hyperness / palpitations /insomnia in me.
I can take Iodine any time, but usually I do the big dosages in the morning.
Vitamin C; 3-4 times a day. This, together with iodine, borax and magnesium is the supplements I can take without food.
I finish my day with salt,water, vit C, borax (not every day)
