Pelvic pain, why??

Can you link these symptoms im having the last days with Candida or any other parasite or ailment you know of? I have sharp/burning pain in the penis, also the coccix and the area in general (so its like CPPS), and also my penis its hard while flaccid,compressed and cold, testicles are cold as well and sore, inflammed (yet shrunk) and pink, reddish. Sometimes the feelings are more like itching and burning than sharp. If I go to the bathroom with my constipation I will have burning, painful anus for one hour or more. f***, im having even heartburn the last two days, that lasts just one hour or so. The pain have been getting me mad and desperate these days. Today its mostly gone maybe because I am taking a crannberry complex for UTI´s and I have cut all Sugar from my diet concerned with candida (because yesterday some sugary beverage triggered the pain), but the shadow of suffering its still flying around my head. My diet its gluten and Sugar free and very healthy.

All this started one week or so ago when I swam in very cold water and then the pain started, but at those days I took things that are said to trigger candida.

The pelvic pain its a rare symptom that I get every two or three months or so but lately seems more persistent. Thats why im focused on it now as pain gives no choice.

Red, shrunk, flaccid testicles and the firm flaccid state are constant, as insomnia, anhedonia, nauseas, bleeding inflammed gums, dizzyness, weakness, fatigue, depression, leaky gut, hashimottos, adrenal fatigue, social phobia, depersonalization, derealization, feeling of hangovers at morning, lack of orgasms and even pain in the left spermatic cord... etc.
