Go sodium to potassium 1:1 up to 2:1 in every meal.

5000mg sodium / daily
If you active person go + half teaspoon salt to existing dose.
Even wrong (ten times or even more) sodium potassium ratio you must eat little more sodium like 1000mg potassium to 1100mg sodium in one meal. Your body heal hair, skin from wrong ratio in few weeks(hair)/ days(skin).
One or two meals with 3:2 or 5:4 for potassium / daily do nothing wrong when rest will be 2:1 for sodium.
