the last meal or two before a fast will most always stay within your system during the fast and this is quite normal...........

Enemas were proven to be very enervating during the fast and largely abandoned within Hygienic circles for this reason, unless in cases where there was a history of extreme constipation (rare).
The bowels will kick-start all in good time after the fast is broken. Do fasting animals in nature require or need enemas? Some say that this can cause autointoxication unless an enema is performed but nothing could be further from the truth.
