Re: why me why you?

You need to get out. Get out and do something, no matter how horrible you feel doing it. You need to keep doing it. If it drives you insane to go out in public, then you aren't doing it enough. It's like getting on stage to give a speech for the first time, you feel like you're about to die with everyone staring directly at you. But it goes away after you give your second, third, fourth, fifth, until it becomes natural. That's how it's become for me. Of course it still isn't exactly at the natural stage, but I do not freak out anymore, it is very easy for me to go to public places, and the only reason why is because I keep doing it no matter what.

You need to go for a run or something, excercise will seriously help your depression, I promise. No matter how hard it is to get started I promise you'll feel better. I was canoeing earlier today and there were boats coming by, people kayaking next to me...did it bother me? No, because I do this all of the time. People may look, but it's not out of disgust it's out of curiousity mainly and concern.

Depression does not heal your body, Depression makes everything worse. If you don't get outside and become happy with yourself you unfortunately might never get better. I don't mean to be negative in any way in this post I just want you to stop feeling horrible about your life because it could be so much better than you are making it.
