I haven't noticed anything except for a couple of black bits one time, but apart from that pretty clear. I've done nystatin enemas for two days, and water ones for three days. I'm thinking if issues in the colon are really my problem, I'd see some sort of result in the toilet. My other general candida symptoms haven't changed either. I'm not sure this one is going to work for me.
