I really don't believe the enemas will work with your actual diet. The diet is the most important part of any candida treatment. Join The Candida Diet Forum and ask Able to send you a copy of the diet they use there. It is a good one.

I don't know how you do the enemas. What I have done are water enemas and a retention enema with Nystatin that I hold until the other day. I clean my colon with water first, then I do insert a solution of water with Nystatin ( only 6 ounces ) that I hold inside my intestines until the next day.

Enemas aren't magic. My advice is that you must follow a diet if you want to end with it. I have been doing the enemas for some months. The first 3 months I didn't see a huge progress. It has been my perseverance what is giving me results. Same thing happened with Remi96. Her story is in the Curezone archives. Don't blame the enemas if they don't work with you actual diet. You are feeding the fungus like crazy.
