I actually received my results back early and I was extremely excited to see that I had an elevated copper level! So my body is actually eliminating the copper now instead of holding on to it! Soooo happy - the five months of chelation is paying off!!
I am chelating by taking Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Zinc and several others. I am about to switch my approach to be more holistic through "Nutritional Balancing" - So I will be taking more supplements soon. Thats why I just did another hair analysis.
I have felt some better physically but I have not felt better mentally. My anxiety is uncontrollable and debilitating. It has been severe almost the entire time I've been trying to chelate. So I just have to wait for that to improve...
As for my diet - I have switched to a low copper diet. I am also gluten, dairy, soy, nut, etc free. I basically just eat protein, vegetables and brown rice.
